A small-Med variety with long thin stems. It has a mild, earthy sweet, and mild flavor and because of the offshoots on each plant provides a continuous harvest.
Make sure you even use the baby leaves
Broccoli prefer fertile, well-drained soil with compost & fertiliser (they like lots of nutrients)- ensure no standing water to ensure airflow and prevent disease and rot. They also need about 2ft between plants in a sunny spot but they will tolerate some shade.
